Little Tackers (4-7 years) - 30 min class

Tennis is a lifelong investment and your child will have a ball whilst learning all the skills on the tennis court. There is an emphasis on developing hand-eye coordination and motor skills but most of all it's about having fun!

Junior Stars(7-10 years) - 1 hour class

As kids progress into our kids groups there becomes a greater emphasis on technique development. Your child will learn all the strokes through game based learning and drills encouraging maximum participation. Kids do a FTN rating or a Video Analysis at the end of each term and will receive a report on their progress at this time.

Intermediate Stars (10-14 years) - 1 hour class

Intermediate Stars are ready to play in low level tennis comps with an ITN number between 10 & 7. As well as improving tennis technique the squads will engage in drills and games from around the world that will improve their decision making and stroke play whilst honing their competitive edge.  We have smaller class sizes for our Intermedate Stars than our Juniors as there is a focus on preparing them for Matchplay.  At the end of each term your child will do an ITN assessment or a Video Analysis and receive a report.

Advanced Stars (14-17 years) - 1 hour class

Advanced stars are playing in Division 1 or 2 Competition and may be competing in Junior tournaments.  They must have an ITN rating of 7 or above and the class sizes are smaller than the Intermediate Classes.  Once a child has reached the Advanced Star level they become eligible to be considered for a Junior Coaching position.  We do an ITN assessment and a Video Analysis four our Advanced Star squads each term.

WET WEATHER POLICY

Kids and Juniors terms follow the school terms and last between 8 and 10 weeks. We assume that there will be several washouts so for example in a 9 week term we only charge you for 6 weeks + GST and assume that there will be several lessons that you will miss through absence or washout.  If you do miss a lesson for any reason you are very welcome to try and organise a makeup lesson on another day during the week.  If you get more than 6 weeks then that's a bonus!!!!
